【摘要】:ThispartofISO10648appliestoenclosuresorenclosurelinesintendedtobeusedforworkon:—radioactiveand/ortoxicproductswherecontainmentisrequiredforprotectionofpersonnelandenvironment,—sensitiveproductsrequiringaspecialatmosphereand/orasterilemedium.ThispartofISO10648dealswiththreetypesofcontainmentenclosure:—gloveboxes,—tongboxes,and—containmentenclosureswithlargerdimensions,usedwithremotemanipulatorsmountedbehindindependentshielding.SomedimensionsofthelasttwotypeswillbegiveninasubsequentInternationalStandarddealingwiththemountingoftongsandmanipulators.ThefollowingenclosureshavebeendeliberatelyexcludedfromthescopeofthispartofISO10648:—pressurizedvessels,—ventilatedhoods,—shieldedenclosures,manufacturedfromconcreteonly,withorwithoutcladding,orfromleadonly,—sealedsources,—transportpackagingforradioactivematerials,—enclosures,primarycircuitsandvesselsofnuclearreactors.ThispartofISO10648describestheuseandprinciplesofdesignforcontainmentenclosureschosenasreferenceexamplesofthethreefollowingtypes:—plasticenclosures,—metal-framedenclosures,—hot-workedmetalenclosures.Thelasttwotypescanbemountedbehindshieldingorcanhavedirectlyattachedshielding.Wherestandarddimensionsarenotsuitable,otherdimensionsmaybechosenbutthecontainmentenclosureshallcomplywiththispartofISO10648indesignprinciples,mountingandassembly.Itshallalsocomplywithrelevantsafetystandardsandregulations.ExamplesofvarioussealsavailableandtheassemblyofcontainmentenclosuresareshowninannexesAandB.ISO10648-2givestheclassificationofcontainmentenclosuresaccordingtotheirleaktightnessandassociatedcheckingmethods.AssociatedequipmentwillbedetailedinfutureInternationalStandards.
