【摘要】:1.1Thispractice,inconjunctionwithTestMethodC177,C518,C1114,orC1363,establishesanexperimentalprocedurefordeterminingthesensitivityofheatfluxtransducersthatarerelativelythin.1.1.1Forthepurposeofthisstandard,thethicknessoftheheatfluxtransducershallbelessthan30%ofthenarrowestplanardimensionoftheheatfluxtransducer.1.2Thispracticediscussesamethodfordeterminingthesensitivityofaheatfluxtransducertoone-dimensionalheatflownormaltothesurfaceandfordeterminingthesensitivityofaheatfluxtransducerforaninstalledapplication.1.3ThispracticeshouldbeusedinconjunctionwithPracticeC1046whenperformingin-situmeasurementsofheatfluxonopaquebuildingcomponents.1.4Thispracticeisnotintendedtodeterminethesensitivityofheatfluxtransducersthatarecomponentsofheatflowmeterapparatus,asinTestMethodC518.1.5Thispracticeisnotintendedtodeterminethesensitivityofheatfluxtransducersusedforin-situindustrialapplicationsthatarecoveredinPracticeC1041.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
