【摘要】:ThispartofEN746givesthespecifichazardsandsafetyrequirementsthatshallbeprovidedbythemanufacturerforhotdipindustrialbatchandthebathofcontinuousgalvanizingthermoprocessingequipment,whetheritisusedasanindependentunitoranintegratedpartofaplant.ThispartofEN746doesnotdealwiththerisksarisingfromanycomponenthandlingequipmentforthedipprocessorfortheassociatedprotectivemeasures.ThispartofEN746doesnotcoverthehandling,storage,transport,disposal,transferorregenerationofthezincandtheprocessedmaterialoutsidethelimitsoftheequipment.ThispartofEN746appliesnotonlytothenormaloperationoftheequipmentbutalsotothesafetyofpersonnelandpropertyintheeventofabnormaloperationandwhenforeseeablefaultsoccur.ExamplesofhotdipgalvanizingequipmentareshowninFigure1andFigure2.NOTE:Therearemanyvariationsinthedesignofgalvanizingequipment.Onlytwoexamplesofthevarioustypesaregiveninthistext.
