【摘要】:Itisintendedthatthispracticemaybeusedbymanufacturers,users,andtestingagencies.Theuseofthispracticeestablishesauniformprocedureforpreparingconcreteblocksforthetestingofsealants.Itisnotintendedtoestablishtestproceduresorconditionsoftestwhichareassociatedwitheachofthejointsealants.1.1Thispracticecoversthepreparationofconcreteblocksusedfortestingofjointandcracksealantsforportlandcementconcreteandasphalticconcretepavements.Therearenumerousstandardmaterialspecificationsthatuseconcreteblockspreparedaccordingtothispractice.Refertothespecificstandardmaterialspecificationofinteresttodeterminewhichtestsapplyandrefertothetestmethodsforeachspecifictest.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareprovidedforinformationpurposesonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
