【摘要】:1GeneralThisdocumentdealswiththetechnicalrequirementstominimisetherailwayspecificsignificanthazardsofportablemachinesandtrolleysusedforworkontracksaslistedinclause4andannexAwhichcanariseduringthecommissioning,theoperationandthemaintenanceofportablemachinesandtrolleyswhenusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer.Itdoesnotdealwiththegeneralfunctionofthemachines(e.g.cutting,drilling,grinding).Thisdocumentappliestoportablemachinesandportabletrolleysdesignedforworkonthetrackwithnominaltrackgaugesof1435mmand1668mmandclearancegaugeasdefinedinannexBincludingcuttingmachinesandthosedesignedforworkingonwoodensleepers.Thisdocumentdoesnotapplytoportabletrolleyscoupledtogether,whetherornotselfpropelled,andtrolleysusedfortransportingpersonnel.ForportablemachinesandtrolleysusedonrailwaylineswithadifferentclearancegaugetothatdefinedinannexBspecificrequirementsconcerningtheclearancegaugemayapply.Thisdocumentdoesnotapplytothefollowing:—requirementsforqualityoftheworkorperformanceofthemachine;—regulationsdefinedbyeachinfrastructurecontrollerforportablemachineandtrolleyoperationwhichshallbethesubjectofnegotiationbetweentheuserandthemanufacturer;—portablemachinesusedfromrailwayvehicles.Thisdocumentdoesnotestablishtheadditionalrequirementsforthefollowing:—operationinsevereconditions(e.g.extremeenvironmentalconditionssuchas:freezingapplications,hightemperatures,corrosiveenvironment,tropicalenvironment,contaminatingenvironments,strongmagneticfields);—operationsubjecttospecialrulesaspotentiallyexplosiveatmospheres;—electromagneticcompatibility,duetoe.g.electroniccomponents;—hazardsoccurringduringdecommissioningand/orrecycling;—hazardsduetovibration;—hazardsduetowindspeedgreaterthan35m/s;—hazardsduetonaturalcausese.g.earthquake,lightning,floodingetc.—noise.NOTENoiseofmachineswhicharedealtwithbythisdocumentisregardedasasignificanthazard.NoiseisnotcoveredbythisdocumentbutwillbedealtwithinanAmendmenttothefirsteditionofthisstandard.ThisAmendmentwillgive:—clausesdealingwithnoiseemissionaccordingtoEN1746.—anoisetestcodeusingasabasisforpreparationthedesignationofnoise-emissionaccordingtotherequirementsoftheMachinery-Directive98/37/EC,annexI,clause1.7.4f.2ValidityofthisdocumentThisdocumentappliestoportablemachinesandtrolleysthatareorderedafterthedateofpublicationofthisstandard.note:1)E.g.thespecificrulesoftheinfrastructuremanager.
